We made it almost to Monument Valley before we called it a night. We slept snug as bugs in the Hideaway, Dinka too, warm at the bottom of the sleeping bag. I awoke early hoping to catch Monument Valley as the sun came up. Which we did...and as the Moon was going down. Pretty cool!
We pushed into Sedona later that day, ready for our month of riding to begin. Red chains, good friends, way too much food, and utilizing every calorie. Livin' the Dream!

Bree..."Can we stop when we get to a good view point?"
Sam..."Will this work?"
Dinka..."It's a good thing I'm really small, there's just barely enough room for both of us on this trail."

Dinka..."Man I really like riding bikes with my humans, Sedona Rocks!" More to come...Stay Tuned!
Landon, I am jealous and your photos are excellent. I really like the black and whites. I think next year we will need to go to Sedona for some Jan riding with you.
ReplyDeleteLandon,
ReplyDeleteExcellent story and superb photo work. Adding your link onto my site http://www.gramslightbikes.com/. I love Sedona and can't wait to get back again. After the recent bigger dumper of snow, the Front Range is out of action, so my be time for some adventures.
Thanks,
Brian
